This website, [www.xenexafrica.com] (the “Site”) is operated by Kiara Health (Pty) Ltd (“Kiara”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”), a company registered in South Africa with company number 2011/111283/07 and having its registered office at89 Elevation Avenue, Randjesfontein, 1683 Johannesburg, South Africa.

This Privacy Statement (together with our Cookie Policy) sets out the basis on which we gather and use any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us by using this Site. 2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

2.1.         Personal information provided voluntarily by you

In order to obtain access to certain services provided via the Site you will be required to provide certain details on the Site. To do this you will have to provide personally identifiable information such as your name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number. You can choose not to provide this information, however, you might not be able to gain access to our information and services. If you contact us for any reason, we may keep a record of the information you provide through the “Contact Us” function of the Site.   • If we or substantially all of our assets are acquired by a third party, in which case your personal data held by us may be included in the transferred assets (for example, in the form of a database of users of the Site).
